• Anyone may visit our web site without revealing any personal information ("Visitor"). Visitors may freely utilize the public areas of our web site without providing any information to OCOSA. Should a Visitor choose to sign up for Services via our web site, all personal information collected during the sign up process will be passed to OCOSA staff securely via SSL encryption (128 bit).
• OCOSA maintains web server traffic logs. Web server logs provide such information as what types of browsers are accessing our site, what pages receive high traffic, and how people are being referred to our site. We do not use this information to personally identify you.
• OCOSA collects basic information such as first and last name, physical address, phone numbers, username/password choices, and payment information from all Customers at time of service activation. Payment information may include credit card information or bank account routing information. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND that new Customers submit this information via unsecured E-mail, rather; we ask that the information be submitted either via telephone or securely on our web site via the appropriate form. Most of all we prefer you call to ensure maximum security.
• A cookie is an element of data that a web site can send to your browser which may then be stored on your system. Some OCOSA pages use cookies to accommodate our web site to your preferences or needs. We do not use cookies or similar technology to cross-relate, track the surfing habits, or in any other ways in monitoring the activities of our visitors or customers. Note that some services provided on the OCOSA Web site require the use of cookies.

How We Use This Information

The primary use of the information we collect is to provide the Customer with the requested Services and Support need to use the Service. We may also use the information to:

• Make the OCOSA web site easier for you to use by not having to enter information more than once.
• Help us customize content on our web site most convenient to you.

How We Do Not Use this Information

OCOSA WILL NOT SELL, RENT OR LEASE YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION TO OTHERS.

This includes but is not limited to your E-mail address information. We have strict anti-spam policies, and we protect our Customers from unwanted solicitations by keeping your contact information private. We don't block email address but if you are caught we will cancel service. We also encourage the use of anti-spyware technology such as AdAware to remove unwanted monitoring of your online activities by third-party programs.

Data Security

OCOSA is concerned about the security of your information. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data integrity, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have implemented 128-bit encryption into all systems that require them. Some tools and sites that might use the technology are webmail servers, signup servers, billing servers, and other sites that may need your private and personal information.

We don't have any public forums yet but always exercise good internet security and tactics. Please be careful in disclosing personal information on any public forum or site.
