TULSA, OK - April 26, 2007 -Currently we are undergoing a change in our backbone or upstream. We have decided to go with Time Warner Telecom (TWTC) as one of our upstreams along with our current Cox connection. We feel since TWTC has a POP two blocks away and is currently working on a fiber installation to our facility, it makes sense to choose TWTC as TWTC is the nations largest CLEC. TWTC has a backbone across the United States.

TWTC has over 24,000 route miles of its own fiber that interconnects buildings in the United States. TWTC gives OCOSA the diversity we need, in the event of a disaster that involves our upstream. As you probably know OCOSA is known for our availability, reliability, and scalabiltiy and we are proud to say TWTC will aid OCOSA in continuing our great reputation.
