Below is a step-by-step guide detailing how to check your Account settings in Outlook Express 5.x
1 Open Outlook Express. Click Tools then select Accounts.  
2 Click the Mail tab. Choose the OCOSA entry and click Properties.  
3 Make sure that your name is filled in the Name field. Make sure your full E-mail address is in the E-mail address field. Click the Servers tab to continue.

  • Make sure that smtp.ocosa.net is in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) field.
  • Make sure that pop3.ocosa.net is in the Incoming mail (POP3) field.
  • Your full username you chose and postoffice. (e.g. user@ocosa) should be in the Account name field.
  • Your password should be in the Password field.
Click the Connection tab to continue.
 
5 Check the Always connect to this account using and select Default Connection in the drop down box. Click the Security tab to continue.  
6 Do not adjust settings on this page unless you understand what the options do. Click the Advanced tab to continue.  
7 Do not adjust settings on this page unless you understand what the options do. Click the OK button to finish.
